Taco Bell Hotel & Resort Palm Springs

A couple weeks ago, I DJed what will most likely be one of the most memorable gigs of my life — the Taco Bell Hotel & Resort. The amazingly creative and dedicated team at Taco Bell took over a hotel in Palm Springs, and I had the honor of DJing the hotel all four days of the activation.

Rooms for the Bell Hotel sold out within 2 minutes of going on sale. As a vegetarian, I’ve been a long time fan of Taco Bell because of their veggie-friendly menu, and I knew many of my friends were Taco Bell fans. But it wasn’t until I posted about it that I realized just how intense the fandom was. My DMs were so lit!

The first day of the hotel was a preview open to media and influencers. The rest of the weekend, Friday through Sunday, the hotel was open to guests (aka Taco Bell super fans) who were able to reserve rooms online. Each day included surprise exclusive Taco Bell menu items, live performances by Feed the Beat artists, and DJ sets by yours truly.

Honestly, I’ve never seen happier people in my life. Everyone was so stoked to be there. And how could they not be? Every inch of the hotel was thoughtfully designed and branded — everything from the welcome guide to toiletries and robes, even the bouquets had little Taco Bell touches. I DJed each day in Taco Bell swag from the gift shop, and the merch was actually very cute because they collabed with a handful of brands (Diff Eyewear, L Space Swim, Chubbies) to create quality pieces rather than your average run of the mill merch.

Each afternoon, I played marathon sets by the pool, and I’m proud to say I didn’t play any repeats. And as if the weekend wasn’t sweet enough, Saturday night, I got to DJ the Mountain Dew Baja Bash with my Club Mesh pal Dial Jess.

It was an amazing weekend, and I really hope Taco Bell does it again next summer because I would love nothing more than to be their house DJ again!

I’ve included a few pictures below, but for a full recap, peep my saved Story highlights at the top of my Instagram.
